Orders for all worms need to be in by Friday evening eastern time for a shipment on Monday or Tuesday. 
Any orders after Friday noon go on next week's order. This helps us save costs from driving to the post office every day. 
We keep a close eye on the temps in your state, if the temps are extreme we'll wait on shipping we want our worms in great shape when they reach you.

If you kill your worms and contact me a week or 2 later I will not replace them or refund you. It's out of my control how you set them up and raise them. I guarantee live deliver only. 

If your worms arrive dead I need to see a pic and video within the hour. We have great customer service so I'll work with you to resolve any issues. 

We are not responsible if you leave your worms sitting in a mailbox in hot or cold climate and they die. They can't be left on a porch either. Please be available to receive them.
